We have added a new function to the GAJE system. This function will allow all agents to add a participant to the data file in GAJE. The “Add Case Participants ” button will be located under the Modify button.
To add a new participant:
1. Choose case participant’s role
2. Enter the Participant’s Name , DOB and Address
3. Save changes
The new participant’s should be add to the data file under case participant’s

We apologize for the inconvenience. The GAJE system went down around 5pm August 17th 2016. We have resolved the issue with GAJE and the system is now back up.
